Biography

Christina Glasauer's research focuses on implementation science, particularly the scaling and contextual adaptation of family-focused interventions. Within the EU-funded FLOURISH project, she explores context-specific implementation strategies for parenting programs in Southeast Europe and uses agent-based modeling to simulate potential scale-up scenarios. She combines qualitative and quantitative methods with computer-based simulation to support decision-making in complex, real-world systems.

Her academic background includes work in occupational psychology and organizational culture, with specific expertise in scale development and psychometric evaluation. In her doctoral research, she developed and evaluated an instrument to measure security-related cultural factors in technology-driven organizations.
